About Amia

The story running your life right now is not the truth. It is a program. And it has an origin.

It was built from early experiences, inherited beliefs and moments of pain that left a mark, all absorbed before you had any say in the matter. The mind simply receives and replays what it was given. It has been treating that program as the truth ever since.

The problem is we listen to it as if it does know. We let it define who we are, what we deserve and what’s possible for us. We hand it authority it was never meant to have.

The past is only alive because the story keeps it there, projecting itself into the future as if nothing can ever change. Change the story and you change what’s possible. Not someday. Now.

Deprogramming the mind is not about positive thinking or willpower. It is about going directly to the origin of the belief, finding where it lives in the mind and the body, and releasing it at the source. When the old program finally goes quiet, what remains is something most people have never fully felt. Clarity. Freedom. The ability to live from the present moment rather than the past or the future.

This is what becomes possible when the mind is finally free to serve the Higher Self rather than the ego.

Three decades. Two worlds. One unwavering calling.

I became a registered nurse in 1994. My path to healing began long before that. From a young age I felt drawn to the unseen, the part of healing that medicine has never had a name for. It was in the early 1990s that I began exploring shamanic work, completed my Reiki master training, and experienced my awakening. Shortly after, shamanic practices began moving through me in a way I had never experienced before.

What followed were years of living in two worlds that fundamentally challenged each other. Everything my medical education told me to be true was constantly being questioned by what I was experiencing in my shamanic work. I could see what the system couldn’t. That at the core of every illness lived emotions, beliefs and stories locked so deeply in the body they had become the disease itself. Medicine was treating the symptom. Nobody was addressing what was driving it.

Then in 2008, life had other plans. A severe car accident forced me inward in ways I had never experienced before. What followed was a slow and deeply intentional journey of rebuilding from the inside out. What carried me through it was a voice that kept returning, day after day. “You are being rebuilt stronger and better.” Those words became the anchor that kept me going when the road felt impossibly long. That experience didn’t create this work. It took me all the way through it myself. It became the most profound teacher of my life.

What I know after three decades is this. Healing is possible for everyone. Not through a prescription or a quick fix, but through dedication, determination and the willingness to go somewhere most have never been shown to look. This is not work I do from a distance. It is work I live every day. I guide every client through it with the full commitment this work deserves. And I will never stop believing in what becomes possible when someone decides their own freedom is worth it.

My clients share one thing. They are ready to stop living from the program and start living from their Higher Self.

If that is you, reaching out is the first step. I see clients in person in Sedona and remotely around the world.

If something in you recognizes this work, trust that.

That recognition is your Higher Self speaking. Listen to it.

The fact that you’re still reading says everything. Reach out. This is where it begins.
