What to Expect
Each session is 90 minutes and is offered in person in Sedona or remotely via Zoom. We begin by identifying what you want to shift. From there the work goes inward, guided by intuition and ancient shamanic wisdom, moving through the layers of the unconscious mind to find the origin of what has been driving the pattern. Most people leave feeling a profound sense of relief, clarity and lightness they haven’t felt in years. Some shifts are immediate. Others continue to unfold in the days that follow.
